The Queensland Public Tenants Association (QPTA) assists public housing tenants to have a voice in relation to issues of concern in the Australian Housing System.
QPTA consists of active and dedicated groups throughout Queensland. This is the meaning behind our motto of "Strong Across the State" The achievements of QPTA and tenant participation were formally recognised through the 2001 award in the Community Engagement and contribution Category of Queensland Premier's Award for excellence.
